How TimeForce Works

With TimeForce, you can collect time, manage time, and process time.

Employees can clock in using time clock hardware, software, remote devices (like phones or PDAs), or a combination of all three. Hardware options include a wall-mounted time clock, proximity reader, biometric (fingerprint) time clocks, and more. A software option lets your employees use the browser on their computer to clock in. Remote options allow time to be entered with a PDA or cell phone.

All time collection methods integrate with the TimeForce software. After your employees clock in, the system gathers all data, tracks accruals, and notes exceptions such as tardiness or absences. Dozens of standard time, employee, and payroll reports are included. Optional HR, benefits, and job costing modules are
also available.

Payroll is easy and accurate with TimeForce. Since TimeForce is browser-based, it's easy for supervisors or payroll staff to review, edit, and approve employee time online, at any time. At the end of the pay cycle, TimeForce will calculate gross payroll and export the data to a payroll program or your payroll service provider.
